Plus, after my years in the military and all my adventures around the world, I have to confess that I have a hard time to stay too long sitting behind the screen… Yes, that drives me nuts!
I don’t know about you, but I need nature and I need action!
So I combined fun, outdoor sport, and personal growth in a unique experience in nature full of adrenaline and learning. I make personal and professional development go beyond the meeting room into an adventure in the real world. (Sounds exciting, right? IT IS!!!)
I curate a group of 10 high achievers and connect them for action, reflection, transformation, and contribution.

Alex is a Scale-Up Coachsultant and Executive Partner that helps 7 Figure Founders overcome the challenges that come with growing teams, scaling operations, and navigating the intricacies of building a sustainable and thriving business, such as damaging process and performance gaps, employee attrition, inefficient resource allocation, overwhelming demands on leadership and uncharted waters such as equity compensation.
Her vast, in-depth background in strategic planning and operational improvement allows her to bring objectivity and structure to support visionary leaders and entrepreneurs to go from scrappy to established, with solidified operations and strong leadership that makes profitable growth inevitable.
After a decade in Strategy Consulting and M&A, she gained experience from startup strategic planning to multi-million operational improvements and multi-billion dollar divestments. She cut her teeth in the entrepreneurial world, co-founding and partnering with startups to take them from strained, slow, low margin growth to profitably exceeding revenue targets.
Alex’s passion for Strategy, Operations, and Performance bring insights, energy, and perspective to her work that clients have called ‘undeniable’ and ‘transformational.’ Work and wanderlust have taken her across 6 continents; nomadic for 4yrs since leaving the UK, she currently calls Mexico home.
Rianna Hijlkema
Customer Happiness Manager & Head of Charity
Rianna is a multi-passionate serial entrepreneur, living a nomadic life for the past 11 years. She is originally from the Netherlands but lived and worked in France, China, Spain, Costa Rica, Thailand, Indonesia, Nepal, Bulgaria, Mexico, and Colombia. She’s always on the move, crossing oceans, climbing mountains, and continuously works towards her idea of an extraordinary life.
Rianna found a way to combine several passions into a fantastic career, enriching each other in multiple ways. She is a teacher-director, a postpartum doula, a virtual executive assistant, and a pediatric sleep consultant. But she is most proud of her work as an empowerment coach raising awareness around infertility and supporting those in the midst of it.
As our Head of Charity, Rianna constantly creates meaningful ways to manage relationships with partners and connect them and the communities to our mission and core values. She will make sure that 60% of the profit will be donated to a sustainable community project to improve the quality of life for others.
As our Customer Happiness Manager, Rianna will assist you with any questions or concerns that arise before, throughout, or after the program so that you’re sure to look back at an unforgettable experience!
